How to measure your body:

In order to determine your size correctly, measure close to your body but not too close as to stretch the meter. One should stand straight and only wear underwear when measuring oneself. Consider help from others to measure as accurately as possible.

The table below lists the ideal dimensions of the figures for which the product is intended.

1. Chest circumference - measure horizontally at the fullest part of the chest
2. Waist circumference - measure horizontally at the narrowest part of the waist
3. Hip circumference - measure horizontally at the widest part of the hips
