DVD1 features the fictionalised documentary THE WAY OF METALLIST, which looks back at the band's quarter-century of activity through archival footage and commentary from leading figures in the music scene. This is framed by the story of a metal newbie who conducts an arranged interview with the band, and the deeper he gets, the more he likes the culture of faded denim and metalised rock and roll. The whole story is, of course, presented with the band's own brand of humour (length 63 minutes).

DVD2 contains all the official MALIGNANT TUMOUR music videos, the anniversary performance from 2011 when the band celebrated 20 years of existence, the WE ARE THE METAL best-sung hit contest and an unplugged concert (135 minutes).
