Delivery and postage

The price for which you order the goods is the final one, VAT is included for EU customers within price. The postage is added to the total price always before you send the order. See more delivery and postage details.

Please notice!: If you order outside the European Union, you can deduct 21% from the prices of the products, however

- shipping might exceed the price stated in the shopping cart (for bigger of more products). UPS transport company decides about the postage price. We will contact you, once this happens.

- however be prepared to pay your local taxes and customs duty according to the laws of your country, if the package is stopped at the borders

Represents the time it takes us to process, pack and ship an order. After that, it is up to the carrier how long the package will take to reach you.

The delivery time is calculated from the date of handing over the shipment to the carrier. Due to the placement of products in external warehouses, the delivery time may be extended by up to 3 days. We are not responsible for delays in shipment by the carrier.

We DO! Nowadays you can order metal and punk merchandise through foreign e-shops. A list of all foreign e-shop is available at the bottom of the shop.

Products and availability

Available products are listed above the add to cart button.  If your desired size is not in stock, set a watchdog via the "Missing your size?" button. and we will inform you immediately by email when stock is available. 

We recommend that you measure a similar item at home and then compare the dimensions with the size chart for the specific product. Size charts are given for specific products in the description.

The number of days represents the time it takes us to process, pack and ship an order. After that, it is up to the carrier how long the package will take to reach you.

The warehouse and showroom with shop is located in Bystřice in the Czech Republic, our newly opened shops can be found in Prague on Štěpánská Street, in Brno on Orlí Street and in Ostrava on Puchmajerova Street.

Discount coupons and gift vouchers

Have you received a discount on your purchase and want to redeem it? You can apply the discount in the shopping cart by following the "I have a discount voucher" link.

Shopping problems

Do you have an order of at least 10 EUR? If yes, and it still does not work - your browser probably does not support Javascript, try another browser or computer. If the problems persist, copy the contents of your cart to your email and place your order that way.

It's easy - click on your account icon, a menu will pop up and you can edit your details in the "My Profile" section.

Returns and Claims

We guarantee a refund or replacement within 14 days if the item is unused. More information about returns.

Please fill in the complaint form (select Complaints) with a detailed description of the problem and attach photos. Once we have received your complaint, we will contact you for further action.

Benefits for registered customers

Of course! Registering on our website will bring you a number of benefits. You will get access to a credit system that allows you to save money on your purchases. You will also be regularly informed about news and discount promotions. In addition, you will be able to track your orders, returns and complaints more easily. 

Users' pics

You can upload your photo at this address - you can also find more information about the rules each image should follow there. After submitting your photo, our team will review its quality, and if it passes the approval process, you'll receive a 2 € discount voucher into your e-mail. Remember, 1 order (regardless the number of items contained) always equals a 2 € discount! This discount can be applied to any purchase over 20 €.

We do not approve every picture – imagine how would it look like then? Already approved pictures are the best inspiration. The basic rules:

  • the product must be in the picture
  • the user must be in the picture
  • the picture should be original, well taken adn express "something"

That's why :) We don’t want too many similar pictures but to have a set of original and unique pictures. You will always receive the reasons of approval/disapproval via email. It’s useless to ask us why your picture was not approved– we won’t have an access to the pic any more and also it’s a decision of a group of people.

Simply! If your image manages to pass the approval process a discount code will be sent at your email address. By clicking the attached link the voucher will be applied automatically to your shopping cart. You can then apply your discount to any purchase over 20 €.
