Terms of delivery

Shipping

Check the product availability at product detail page (stock, 10 days etc.). Then add the delivery time from table below – delivery time shall be counted from the day you recieve our dispatching e-mail.

With each package, you will receive a tracking number.

The delivery time is calculated from the date of handing the shipment to the carrier. Due to the placement of products in external warehouses, the delivery time may be extended by up to 3 days. We are not responsible for any delays in shipment by the carrier.

Delivery by UPS

UPS delivery service provides the delivery in time specified in the table above after sending the package. On the day of delivery, UPS driver first calls the phone number specified in the order, so please, be availaible at your phone number!

Minimum order value is 10 Eur, shipping excluded.
Warranty beginning on the day of the goods being taken by the Buyer and lasts for period of 24 months, if not stated otherwise.
The buyer should check the condition of the parcel at the delivery.
In case of damage, the goods should be returned immediately.
